Date & Time: Tuesday, April 7th, from 5-8pm (note, classrooms are open 5-6pm only)

Activities:

- Time Commitment: 10 minutes
- What you’ll do: Invite a Bracher parent you’ve wanted to get to know better, your extended family, or good friends. This builds our community and helps ensure the fundraiser reaches its goals!
- When / Where: From your home or phone anytime before the event date (tickets will be available for purchase at the door).
- Number of volunteers needed: unlimited
- How to express interest: No need to express interest; feel free to invite people who you consider a part of your child’s community!
- Time Commitment: as little as 30 min, up to 2 hr
- What you’ll do: Help our art teachers with set-up and clean-up. Whether you have 30 minutes or two hours, any amount of time you can give is greatly appreciated!
- When / Where: Sign-up slots available Mon, April 6, Tue, Apr 7, and Wed, April 8
- Number of volunteers needed: varied
- How to express interest: Claim time slot(s) using the sign-up form linked in the ParentSquare message “Volunteers Needed for Art Show!”

Absolutely! Please note that all activities are geared towards children aged 4.5-11 and guests of Bracher students are expected to adhere to the school code of conduct while on campus.
