The Bracher PTA strives to encourage family involvement, enhance communication, and promote meaningful educational and enrichment opportunities for all Bracher students. We coordinate fundraisers, family events, and community activities.

As a member, you are able to vote on how funds are used and who is on the board (President, Secretary, etc.). Being on the PTA gives you the first point of contact if you have ideas you want to share with the school community. PTA members are also able to volunteer to help with activities and fundraisers. The great thing about PTA is you are able to help as much or as little as you would like!

No! Board meetings are held monthly. These are the meetings that members of the PTA board attend (President, Treasurer, etc.), but all are welcome. Association meetings are meetings for ALL members of the PTA, where we discuss the annual budget and elect board members. If you have an opinion or would like to be more informed on the goings-on of the PTA, this is a great place to start!

Volunteer opportunities are often and usually somewhat minimal. We always send out a sign-up sheet and QR code, but feel free to reach out if you have any interest in volunteering!

For specific events (Book Fair, Trunk-or-Treat, etc.), we will send out a sign-up sheet and QR code asking for volunteers. Some events, we don’t have sign-up sheets, but extra volunteers are always welcome!

Additionally, we always have space for board members! Board members are involved with the idea-to-activity process and all the logistics along the way. If you have a specific talent or interest or if you would just like to be more fully involved, reach out and we can find a place for you on the board!

Yes! We have our regular sign-ups, or you can always reach out to see where you can help! This is very much a group project, so we can always use extra hands.

Meetings are held every 2nd Tuesday of every month over video chat. Each officer reports what they have been doing over the last month, followed by reports from the teacher’s representative and the principal.

Association Meetings are held 3 times per year, with a month notice before they occur.

Yes! To volunteer, they must fill out the volunteer packet, but they can be members of the PTA.

Getting started is simple. Visit our sign-up page and create a Totem account with your full name and email address. You will only need to create an account once. Then pay the $11 annual registration fee. This money covers administration dues.
