Yearbooks are a timeless way to remember your child’s time at Bracher Elementary!

Ordering

Yearbooks are typically available for pre-order only, with order forms sent out in April. This minimizes wasted product and keeps funds available for student events and resources!

The due date to pre-order the 2025-2026 yearbook was Friday, May 15, 2026.

Pre-ordered yearbooks are distributed in classrooms during the last week of school.

If you have more than one student at Bracher, please complete one pre-order form for each child you are ordering for. This ensures your yearbooks will be delivered to all of your children in the correct classroom.

Complete the form sent to you via ParentSquare and return it along with payment to either the office or your child’s teacher.

Payment can be made by cash, Venmo, or check:

  • For cash, please attach cash to the form using a paperclip and/or place it in an envelope with your student’s name and the words “yearbook pre-order” written on it.

  • For checks, make checks payable to “Bracher PTA”.

  • For Venmo, email bracherpta@gmail.com for instructions.

  • Order forms will be sent out via ParentSquare, typically in April, along with instructions on how and when to order.

  • No, to reduce paper waste and prevent overspending we will only be ordering the number of yearbooks that we receive pre-orders for.

  • An ad for your 5th grader is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the end of their elementary school years and their launching into middle school.
