Parents of 1st through 5th graders can come tour their child(ren)’s classroom, meet their teacher, and socialize with other parents.

Some teachers will be giving formal presentations while others will be doing informal meet and greets; check communications from your child(ren)’s teacher to know if you should be there at a specific time or just drop by before 6p! Presentation start times have been staggered into two grade level buckets to give more of the parents with 2+ Bracher students the ability to attend all of their children’s classroom presentations.

Please go directly to your child’s classroom; you do not need to check in at the front office.

• 1st-3rd grade: Presentations held 5-5:30

• 4th-5th grade: Presentations held 5:35-6:05

• Current Extended Learning Program students: The EL room will be open for questions between 5-6pm. If your child(ren) is currently part of the EL program please feel free to drop by, see the classroom, and meet the program head Miss Denise!

• Socializing / Food Truck: 6-7:30p

Playground supervision will be available for TK+. You may bring younger children with you if they are able to sit quietly through any class presentations, or if you wish to just see the class and talk with the teacher(s) after presentations are done. There will not be kids’ activities but please do not feel like you can’t come if you don’t have childcare!

A Mexican food truck will be on site if you would like to purchase refreshments / dinner, or you are welcome to bring food to have at the tables outside if you would like to socialize but prefer to have your own items!
