PTA meetings are where decisions are made and ideas flow!
PTA Board Meetings are held once a month during the school year and are limited to the elected Board Members. Here is when the details that keep the PTA running are discussed and agreed upon, the budgets are tracked, and the agendas for Association meetings are planned.
PTA Association Meetings are held 3 times each school year and are open to ALL PTA Members (join via our Totem link). Here is when the annual budget is presented and voted on by parents, ideas can be shared by and with the community, and any number of matters can be discussed. The final PTA Association Meeting is also when voting takes place for new PTA Board Members for the following school year.
