Dining for Dollars - Fundraisers

Fundraiser Goals:

  • An easy way to earn funds to help pay for school field trips and special assembly guests. ANYONE in the community, even those without ties to Bracher students, can participate in these fundraisers!

Dates/Times/Restaurants for 2026/2027 School Year:

Cost: Just the cost of your food! Follow the instructions for the specific restaurant (e.g. bringing in the flyer, using a code, etc.) and purchase food at the specific restaurant location during the day and time the fundraiser is listed for. A percentage of all purchases made within that window that ALSO indicate they are part of the Bracher fundraiser will go to the school!

Volunteering: Help spread the word on Instagram, via email, or by word of mouth! No need to express interest in advance

How it works:

Just buy your food as you normally would while also following the instructions for the specific restaurant. We only get the money from orders made at the specific location listed, during the specific day and time, and if you follow the instructions. Each restaurant is different so be sure to double-check the rules.

Most restaurants allow you to order via delivery or pickup, so it is easier for you to eat at home then be sure to check the instructions!

Dining Ideas:

You don’t have to limit yourself to just dinner! Other ideas include:

  • Meal prep: Buy just a side of protein, or a salad or sandwich to eat for lunch the next day or so

  • Some of lunch/dinner: Get just a protein or only sides to supplement a home-cooked meal

  • Order for a friend: Have someone who just had a baby or surgery? Offer to send them dinner via delivery (be sure to check flyer for exclusions)

  • Just desserts: Instead of dinner go for just dessert or a milkshake afterwards

  • Freeze for later: Some items, like side proteins, can freeze for months; consider if there’s something you want to order now and have on hand for later!

  • Email the flyer to local friends or family

  • Print flyers to give to neighbors or work colleagues.

Fundraiser FAQ

  • Just order food as you normally would durning the day and time the fundraiser is running at the SPECIFIC LOCATION listed, and following the SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS on the flyer (e.g. bringing the flyer to the restaurant or entering a code for online orders). We only get the funds if the fundraiser is specifically mentioned in some way.

  • Each restaurant has its own rules, but common exclusions include gift cards and catering orders.

    All restaurants exclude purchases made outside of the fundraiser window or at a location other than the one listed on the flyer.

  • Anyone who is able to order during the day and time listed at the specific location can participate, even if they do not know a Bracher student personally!

  • The percentage donated and the instructions (enter a code, bring a flyer, etc.) are decided by the specific restaurant chain or location. We don’t get a say in the rules, so be sure to check the instructions for the specific restaurant you are interested in!
